Trust In The Blind, As They Become Your Eyes.
Experience your world in reverse, where the blind become your eyes. Our blind and visually impaired hosts have been specially trained to offer guidance and reassurance to sighted guests, and they will be taking care of you throughout your dinner in the pitch-black dining room upstairs. Let your servers know if you’d like to enhance your mystery dining experience with a blind tasting of cocktails, mocktails or wines.
In The Dark, The Mystery Unfolds.
In a pitch-black dining room, enjoy a 3-Course Mystery Menu of 4 appetizers, 4 mains and 4 desserts. The visually impaired or blind hosts will serve you 4 tasting bowls per course, and you may begin in a clockwise direction starting from the one closest to you, located at 6pm, 9pm, 12pm, and 3pm. Truly experience the distinct flavor and texture of each culinary masterpiece, and guess the components used in these 12 dishes — carefully & thoughtfully crafted by our Chef de Cuisine and his team.
The Mystery Revealed, How Good Are Your Taste Buds?
At the end of your dining experience, our hosts will escort you back to the lounge area, where you will get to pen in your guesses of the 12 mystery dishes. The mystery menu will be revealed with images and descriptions to help you compare and see how many ingredients you have guessed correctly. To end the brunch, relax and unwind with some post-brunch cocktails or wines, making it a complete & unforgettable day full of mystery and culinary delights.
